Store and Sales Policy

We can schedule a call, text, or Zoom call to answer questions or show you the animal. Please do not hesitate to reach out, I (Will) can talk reptiles and isopods all day!

Each animal will come with a digital care guide, and herps will come with a digital lineage sheet. These sheets will also be archived for download.

Make sure you are signed up for the Exotics News to reserve animals before the hit MM. You can also reply to one of the letters after sending your inquiry to get an automatic discount!

The preferred payment method is Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Credit cards are available on both MM and our site but add a 3% fee.

All shipping will be to a local hub and includes LAG.

*We will schedule a ship date with each buyer within 48 hours of receiving payment. We will only ship if weather and temperature allow, and we will do our best to communicate delays or changes promptly.*

2% of all sales go to nonprofits. Profits are calculated and split evenly between all 4 at the end of each December.

We are veteran-owned and operated. We offer military, first responder, educator, or first snake owner discounts; just ask!
